Return and Refund Policy

If you aren't satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of the items' arrival for most items in new condition. If you decide to make a return, please follow the steps below:
  1. Contact customer service support@twinklee.co to initiate a return, providing your order number, reasons for return, and the item(s) you would like to return. The customer service team will normally respond within 24 hours, and they might ask you to provide additional information for verification before they send you a return confirmation along with the return address.
  2. Once you receive confirmation from customer service, please pack your items in the original package. Make sure to enclose a note in the package with your order number, name, and contact number. This is very important for fast processing of your return.
  3. Drop off your package at your local post office. The return shipping cost will be paid by you. Please send us the tracking number for fast tracking and processing.
Note:
  1. We do not accept returned items sent back directly without confirmation from customer service. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and you will not receive the refund in this way.
  2. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered with the original package to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
  3. Please explain your reasons for return, and provide not less than 2 detailed pictures of the returned items.
  4. We don’t offer free return shipping and we won't issue refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a return.
  5. All Clearance ITEMS purchased at Twinklee are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
  6. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sleepwear, swimwear, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets).
  7. Each order can only be returned once.
Refund policy:
We will process your refund request within 5 business days after receiving the returned package in the warehouse.
Note:
  1. For your security, refunds will only be transferred back via the original payment method you used when placing the order. You will receive an email confirmation when we issue the refund.
  2. Banks usually process refunds in 7-15 business days, subject to the bank policy. If your refund does not arrive in time after receiving our email confirmation, please contact your bank first.
  3. We will only refund the amount you paid for the returned items. Fees (eg. shipping, etc) will not be refunded unless you have received a wrong or damaged product or a product that is inconsistent with the description on our website, in which case, we will refund in full including the product price and the fees.
  4. If your order includes discounts, only the discounted price will be refunded for the returned items
Looking for Exchange?
If you'd like to exchange an item you received due to issues with size or color, just follow our return procedures and specify "Exchange" as your "Desired Resolution".
Do note that exchanges are an alternative resolution for returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations. Particularly, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item(s), and the return shipping cost will be paid by you.
